Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer experience. Enhance customer satisfaction by providing outstanding service
  • Work closely with the sales and distribution teams to resolve customer complaints.
  • Follow established standard operating procedures, while searching for improvements that can contribute to the team’s best practices
  • Provide real-time solutions to problems a customer may face

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline
  • 1+ years experience
  • Ability to answer calls for several hours at a time
  • Ability to type proficiently
  • Ability to manage high volume, in this case a stream of successive inbound calls combined with email update and potential mid-shift process changes
